Send-a-link, levelled up: the link now opens a live camera with a shot checklist, so whoever is at the machine is guided through exactly the photos that matter. Location is attached at the moment of capture, along with the few seconds of context before each shutter tap — so you know the machine was really in front of the phone, not a photo of a photo. Forgot your password? There’s now a reset link on the log-in page — enter your email and follow the link we send. Links work once and expire after an hour.

Send-a-link inspections

Not next to the machine? Create a single-use link from your dashboard and send it to whoever is — borrower, dealer or colleague. They photograph the machine on their phone (no account needed) and the full valuation lands in your account a minute later. Links expire after 7 days, and the figures only ever go to you.
