Guided-camera inspections

Send-a-link, levelled up: the link now opens a live camera with a shot checklist, so whoever is at the machine is guided through exactly the photos that matter. Location is attached at the moment of capture, along with the few seconds of context before each shutter tap — so you know the machine was really in front of the phone, not a photo of a photo. Every valuation now shows how it was produced, with a capture-evidence view for guided inspections. Read the guide →

Team valuations

Valuations are now shared across your organisation. Everyone on the team sees the same book — every valuation lists who ran it, and any teammate can open the full report. Create your organisation and invite colleagues from the dashboard.

Send-a-link inspections

Not next to the machine? Create a single-use link from your dashboard and send it to whoever is — borrower, dealer or colleague. They photograph the machine on their phone (no account needed) and the full valuation lands in your account a minute later. Links expire after 7 days, and the figures only ever go to you. Field notes launches

Our blog is live. The first set of notes digs into the things lenders actually wrestle with when they value used plant:

  • Retail, average and fire-sale — why a defensible valuation is three numbers, not one.
  • Why used yellow metal never got its Kelley Blue Book.
  • What it really takes to value a machine before the salesperson leaves the yard.

Three-tier valuations, front and centre

Retail, average and fire-sale figures are now the spine of the product story — the three numbers an underwriter needs to write a decision they can stand behind.
