# ExactVal

> AI valuation for used construction and asset-finance equipment. Photograph a machine and get retail, average and fire-sale figures in seconds, each backed by real market comparables and a confidence score — fast enough for the point of sale, defensible enough for the credit file.

ExactVal is part of Titan Fintech. It replaces the slow, manual desktop valuation (~£250, ~24 hours per asset) with an instant, condition-aware number for asset-finance lenders and brokers. Used construction equipment has no standardised "Blue Book"; ExactVal is building that infrastructure with computer vision and live auction/retail comparables.
